  • Support plant expansion activities, including new equipment installation, commissioning, and process development
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and reliability improvements for chronic equipment issues
  • Manage and optimize spare parts inventory, ensuring availability while controlling cost
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to align maintenance strategy with production goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance leaders and technicians, building strong bench strength
  • Establish KPIs and maintenance metrics to track performance and drive accountability
  • Ensure maintenance practices meet safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success building, improving, and sustaining PM programs
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Equipment reliability and uptime improvement
  • Maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Spare parts and MRO inventory management
  • Project management in manufacturing environments
  • Strong people leader with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A visible, hands-on leader who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution
  • Comfortable leading large teams in fast-paced manufacturing settings
  • Experienced in driving maintenance transformation, not just maintaining the status quo
  • Strong communicator who can influence across maintenance, operations, and engineering

Benefits
