Maintenance Manager

Analyze objectives, KPIs, and targets as well as keep the equipment running according to the standards established by the manufacturer through preventive maintenance programs. 

• Contribute to the definition of objectives, strategies, politics, and values. 
• Planned, managed, and controlled human and material resources and budget, to ensure successful projects.
• Create KPIs that will improve the department and projects. 
• Make sure that equipment, testers, instruments, and tools are controlled and maintained. 
• Responsible for keeping the equipment running in accordance with the standards established by the manufacturer through preventive maintenance programs. 
• Responsible for executing the activities according to the Quality System and including safety in our products, respond to external and internal audits according to auditor requirements, accountable to complete the trainings according to the training matrix and perform other activities related to the role including be able to train when it´s required, the job description is illustrative and not limitative. 
• Responsible to accomplish the Internal Work Regulation, good practices in safety, health and environment, good and safe usage of working tools. 
• Responsible for demonstrating internal and external professional behavior in all relationships that positively affects the company and comply with the company policies and practices. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering
• Preferably 3 years of experience on similar position. 
• PLC Knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing Tools (Kaizen, 5S, Lean)
• Teamwork
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Analysis, planning and project follow up
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem Solving
• Advanced English Level - 90%
