The Role

As an AI Seed Processing Operator, you'll be an essential part of our team, working hands-on with our cutting-edge AI-powered sorting machines. You will be responsible for upgrading seed batches to meet the highest quality standards while contributing to our ongoing R&D efforts through precise data collection.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor AI-driven seed sorting machines to process seed batches.
• Ensure all processes meet Seed-X’s stringent quality standards.
• Perform sowing and phenotyping of seed batches using our proprietary software.
• Process phenotypical data for further AI training and algorithm development.
• Inspect and control ongoing production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with support from the technical team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required:

• Excellent level of English.
• Strong computer skills and experience with digital tools.
• Proven teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience in the seed processing or agriculture industry.
• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
