Job responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document and report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment as needed.

Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a data centre or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
