Job Title: Machine Operator (设备操作员)

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Operate machines to perform grinding, laser cutting, and bending work as required.
- Cut, bend, or roll sheet metal according to plans, drawings, and process requirements.
- Ensure sheet metal materials meet production needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Work Assignments:

1. Sheet Metal Cutting Operations
- Responsible for sheet metal cutting according to drawings and process requirements.
- Correctly measure and mark sheet metal materials as per plan and specifications.
- Arrange and adjust cutting order based on production schedule and work arrangements.
- Ensure dimensions, angles, and shapes of cut pieces meet technical requirements.
- Comply with safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Actively participate in improving and optimizing cutting, bending, and rolling processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

2. Workshop Cleanliness and Teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop area.
- Promptly clear away waste and clutter; effectively implement 6S activities.
- Participate in team work, actively coordinate and communicate with other positions to ensure smooth production flow.

3. Surface Treatment and Skill Improvement
- Keep the working area clean and safe; clean up waste in time and store in hazardous waste cabin.
- Participate in teamwork and coordinate with other positions to ensure smooth production in the sheet metal workshop.
- Actively participate in improving and optimizing surface treatment technology.
- Participate in training and learning to improve skills.

Authority:
- Manage property used within the team and be responsible for its safety.
- File complaints if there are doubts about the plan or process.
- Have the right and obligation to participate in the optimization and improvement of material cutting, bending, rolling processes, and safety.

Educational Level:
- High school and above (technical school, vocational secondary school preferred)

Work Experience:
- More than 1 year of experience operating band saws, laser cutting machines, shears, and bending machines.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Familiar with operation of band saws, laser tube cutting machines, laser plate cutting machines, shears, bending machines, and rolling machines.
- Familiar with mechanical drawing.

- Completion rate of the order plan ≥90%
- One-time inspection pass rate of the product is 90%
- No unqualified matters in on-site 6S activities
- No safety accidents occur every month
- Daily spot inspection and maintenance of equipment without omissions
