In short: a team player who understands that great production happens when everyone pulls together.

This role sits at the heart of our operation and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in quality output, and is happy to roll their sleeves up to support the wider team when needed. Confidentiality is important to us at this stage but rest assured—you’ll be joining a business with solid values, long-term stability, and a genuine appreciation for its people.
