What’s the role about?

As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. There’s a lot of hands-on work – from troubleshooting issues to ensuring we meet our production and quality targets.

It’s a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we do. Whether you’re completing routine checks or stepping in to fix an issue, you’ll play a key role in keeping things moving.

What do you need to succeed?

We’re looking for people with previous factory or manufacturing experience – food production experience is a big plus. You’ll also need:

• An eye for detail to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our standards.
• Practical skills to operate and adjust machinery safely and efficiently.
• Reliability: This is a team environment, and we all count on each other to keep things running.
• Adaptability: Things can change quickly on the line, so staying calm and solving problems is key.
