Machine Operator

Are you a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys owning a piece of technology to meet production goals? As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a zero-defect mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate & Own: Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.

  • Digital Accuracy: Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.

  • Team Support: Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.

  • Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.

  • Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shift & Pay

  • Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Tuesday-Wednesday off)

The hourly rate for this position is $17.79 - $23.72 / hour
