At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We are looking for a Teach Lead Manager who’s ready to deep dive into the hard problems of physical manipulation (trying to match with software the millions of years of development leading to the human hand + eye) and at the same time build a healthy team.

Develop the latest ML methods for end-to-end robot control
Most importantly, be the first in the world to deploy these models into a production environment, at a large scale

What skills we’d like you to have:
7+ years of experience in developing machine learning systems
Very good working knowledge and technical capabilities to understand, expand and debug deep learning models for computer vision
Drive to see the final outcomes: from proof of concept to productionisation.
Proven leadership experience (although not necessarily as a line manager)
Great problem-solving skills and advanced knowledge of Python
Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent communication in English
Nice to have:
Experience in LLM, VLM or VLA models
Proficiency in SQL.
