Machine Learning Intern – Computer Vision

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Machine Learning Intern with a focus on Computer Vision to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in developing machine learning models for computer vision applications. You will assist in the design, development, and deployment of computer vision solutions for real-world problems, such as object detection, facial recognition, and image analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models for computer vision applications, including image and video analysis, object detection, and facial recognition.

Work with datasets to help train and validate machine learning models.

Assist in optimizing and improving the performance of machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and contribute to the delivery of scalable solutions.

Help implement machine learning solutions on edge devices for real-time inference.

Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in machine learning and computer vision.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with coursework or projects focused on Machine Learning/Computer Vision.

Proficiency in Python or other programming languages commonly used in machine learning.

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Basic understanding of computer vision tasks, such as image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.

Willingness to learn and improve skills in machine learning and computer vision.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

A strong interest in AI and computer vision technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience or coursework related to edge computing platforms (e.g., Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi) is a plus.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Experience working with real-time applications or systems is a plus.
