We’re seeking a Machine Learning Force Fields Developer to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods. 

As a member of our Machine Learning team, you will develop infrastructure to deploy state-of-the-art ML force fields, which will be applied to impactful applications in Life and Materials sciences.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop performant implementations of state-of-the-art machine learning force fields
  • Develop end-to-end fine-tuning workflows, including data collection, training, inference, and deployment
  • Support computation of reference data using cloud resources
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team of scientists and developers to deliver impactful workflows based on machine learning force fields

What you should have:

  • A bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, chemistry, physics, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch), interpreted languages (Python), continuous integration, and version control
  • Knowledge of computational chemistry and molecular dynamics is preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud and high-performance computing, especially around GPU utilization
  • Familiarity with  database design
  • Experience with Python database libraries, C++, and/or CUDA programming is preferred
