Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering

• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and traditional ML models

• Strong background in model optimization and MLOps

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Ability to build scalable AI solutions for real-world applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs for NLP tasks relevant to financial services

• Build and deploy ML models for classification, regression, and recommendation systems

• Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform

• Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and data
