About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be joining the team that develops machine learning systems for text classification, entity recognition, similarity search in order to increase the quality and relevance of insights that we provide to our clients. 

Current state-of-the-art NLP methods and models introduce important breakthroughs in such fields as text classification, language modeling, similarity search, text generation, and transfer learning. The adoption of these models brings significant improvements in the ways we analyze data and structure text processing pipelines. Your area of responsibility will be to productionize these models and methods to create new innovative approaches to analyze vast amounts of client’s communications data.

What You'll Bring

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
• 3+ years of experience in productionizing ML solutions
• 3+ years of experience in NLP and related domains, preferrably in algorithm optimization
• Deep expertise and knowledge about machine learning, data science and state-of-the-art NLP techniques and tools
• Strong Python skills, including at least one modern machine learning framework such as: PyTorch, Tensorflow, Huggingfaces

What You'll Do

• Implement solutions for model deployment, hosting, and ensure model reproducibility; establish and improve model release automation (CI/CD) and maintain infrastructure
• Implement and optimize production solutions for state-of-the-art techniques in text classification and clustering, language modeling and text generation / augmentation
• Contribute to research and development tools/repos and maintain code quality and release process
• Drive specific engineering projects and conclude with actionable/practical results in a fast paced development environment
• Collaborate on microservice arcitectures across the Data Science team and collaborate with MLOps and Infrastructure team to update and deploy the models to production
