Machine Learning Developer/AI Developer (Bilingual Spanish)

We seek a talented Machine Learning Developer to design and implement algorithms that make sense of large data sets. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems, and develop models that can learn and make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing machine learning models, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Design machine learning systems
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• Run machine learning tests and experiments
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Keep abreast of developments in the field

Requirements

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams.

• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time)
• Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
