👩💻🧑💻 As a M365 Application Integration Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:
Maintain and enhance the global M365 platform to ensure seamless operations including updates and upgrades.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the global provisioning portal developed in Azure DevOps.
Manage security and availability to uphold the highest standards.
Create and maintain detailed operational and configuration documentation.
Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to L2 support teams, improving operational efficiency.
Provide expert guidance and third/fourth-level support for Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues promptly.
Implement security measures in line with group policies and legal requirements.
Work with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to mitigate security threats and ensure policy compliance.
Lead initiatives within virtual teams and promote collaboration across all entities.
