We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior CSS/UX Designer to lead the design and implementation of our digital commerce platforms, with a specific focus on Salesforce LWR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with our unified design system. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our platforms are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and optimized for the best user experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Implementation: Lead the design and front-end development efforts for our digital platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce LWR.
- CSS Mastery: Utilize your expert knowledge of CSS to create responsive, visually appealing designs that are consistent with our brand identity.
- UX/UI Design: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
- Analysis and Optimization: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and other forms of analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure that all design elements align with the overall business goals.
- Design System Integration: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system that can be applied across multiple platforms and products.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on CSS. Experience with Salesforce LWR is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and LWR is a must.
- UX/UI Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience with A/B testing tools and user research methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and apply findings to improve design and user experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in E-commerce platforms and understanding of E-commerce user experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its B2B solutions.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
