Hi, I’m Ignacio - one of the founders of Lunderg.
We’re an eCommerce brand focused on developing high-quality, highly functional OEM products and bringing them to market primarily through Amazon.com, and then expanding to platforms like Walmart.com and our own store.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is sharp, reliable, and experienced in Amazon customer support. You’ll be the person who ensures our customers feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for - while freeing up our current team so they can focus on growing the business.
You’ll play a key role in keeping customers happy, preventing escalations, and protecting the thousands of positive reviews we’ve worked hard to earn.
More specifically, you will:
📩 Reply to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues with refunds or replacements
🎧 Respond to voicemail messages and make follow-up calls during U.S. business hours
🛠️ Master Gorgias and keep templates, rules, and workflows updated
📦 Become a Lunderg product expert and confidently troubleshoot common issues
📊 Report product improvement ideas to the Operations Leader based on customer feedback
📧 Manage funnel emails replies & follow ups (Gift, Warranty, Product Launch) to drive new reviews
Working Hours :This is a full-time, fully remote role with flexible daily scheduling. However, you must be available during U.S. business hours (afternoon/evening Europe time) to handle customer call-backs (typically 5–10 outbound voicemail return calls per day).
In addition, there is a minimum requirement of 4 hours on one weekend day (ideally Sunday, though Saturday is possible). We’re flexible - if you have travel plans or special occasions, schedules can be adjusted in advance.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:
✅ Experience in a similar customer service role within the Amazon ecosystem
✅ Strong knowledge of Amazon processes (refunds, replacements, order search, compliance on what can/can’t be communicated)
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms
Beyond the hard skills, you’re detail-oriented and don’t let things slip through the cracks.
You’re proactive and act without being told what to do. You’re empathetic with customers, patient under pressure, and communicate clearly and honestly.
You work hard, stay consistent, and think beyond just today’s ticket - you see the bigger picture and look for ways to improve the system.
You’ll report directly to Agna, Customer Service Manager.
Agna has been the backbone of our customer support. Her longest working streak was an incredible five years straight, only interrupted by a really bad day of COVID. She deeply understands our customers and products, and she’s excited to finally have a strong partner to build a proper customer service team together.
