Costa Navarino is looking for a Lost & Found Trainee. The Lost & Found Trainee is responsible for managing and overseeing the lost and found items within the hotel.

Responsibilities

Accurately document all lost and found items in the hotel’s system, including item descriptions, dates, locations,
Maintain detailed records for tracking and auditing purposes.
Ensure all found items are categorized and logged in an organized manner.
Secure and store lost items in a designated, safe and organized area.
Follow proper procedures for storing and protecting valuable items such as electronics and important documents.
Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, etc.) to identify and return lost items.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, legal requirements, and best practices for handling lost and found property.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding lost or misplaced items
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and respect privacy.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hotel operations is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Any relevant certifications in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Greek and English Languages
Knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive or personal information with discretion.
