Logistics Specialist

Department: Services Delivery

Responsibilities:

Assists Suvoda’s internal teams to ensure that Delivery Teams are properly supported.
Follows established SOPs and work instructions.
Works with Suvoda’s third party vendors to verify shipments, and order needed supplies.
Updates inventory records and maintains acceptable inventory levels of key supplies.
Ensures shipping documentation is prepared and supplied to couriers.
Responsible for tracking packages to ensure proper delivery as well as return.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Logistics role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail.
Must possess good time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Prior experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
