Within the Customer Delight team, you will be part of the Logistics team. You will be in charge of improving the return customer experience and of the development of our internal shipping service (BackShip).
YOUR MISSION, IF YOU ACCEPT IT : 🥇
You will own Back Market’s transportation service (BackShip):
Build the Budget & mid-year Reforecast.
Manage the P&L and explain variations.
Negotiate with carriers and optimize the costs.
Improve continuously the Backship service to serve other Back Market departments (sales, returns, trade-in).
Follow-up the carriers’ performance and build improvements plans with them.
Analyze the costs of customers refunds.
Manage the service adoption (follow KPIs, integrate new sellers, avoid churn).
You will own the shipping return and trade-in experience :
Work with carriers to innovate with them and improve convenience for C2B flows.
Work with product team to increase customers satisfaction via new features.
Optimize the carriers choice per flow to have the right balance between cost and customer satisfaction.
YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF : ⭐
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management.
You possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
You are fluent in French and English.
You have a good proficiency in Excel.
You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
