Logistics Manager

Activities:
  • Define the logistics strategy and key performance indicators for the logistics department.
  • Implement and optimize logistics procedures and processes.
  • Manage the logistics budget effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of warehousing, transportation, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize supply chain performance, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and service providers, negotiating contracts, rates, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position within logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems and tools.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with logistics regulations and best practices, including Incoterms and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge in IMMEX Program.
