LOGISTICS ENGINEER


Join is seeking a Logistics Engineer to support our customer base and work closely with our Field Operations team. This is an entry level position with great opportunities to be a key contributor.  This individual organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of Join’s products, services and associated systems information. This position reports to the Finance Director and is located in our Campbell, CA office.


What you will do...


  • As a member of the Finance team, support the deployment of Join Digital products at customer locations around the world
  • Assist with managing international hardware, and software vendors to support Join Digital’s deployments
  • Track all Join Digital deployment hardware from purchase to end of life
  • Working closely with the Finance Director and Field Operations team, you will help coordinate supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing (as needed), shipment of products, and third-party warehousing
  • Provide data analysis for infrastructure spend, and vendor performance assessment
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure we deliver to our customers on time
  • Interact with colleagues in other organizations who have face to face relationships with customers



You are qualified for this role if you...


  • Have 1-3 years of experience in the Logistics or Data Analysis area
  • Have excellent project management skills
  • B.A. or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience providing analytical reports
  • Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to grow in this role
  • Are eager to learn, are accountable and take responsibility 
  • Are a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

 Compensation:  90,000-120,000 depending on experience
