About the Role:

A key part of our operations is the exceptional customer service we provide to our clients and we're on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator, based in Brisbane. This role will be responsible for organising the day-to-day fulfilment activities for our customers all across Queensland and coordinating the regular delivery of stock to our warehouse, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

We are looking for an outgoing individual, who’s a people person with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member within the team. You need to be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers on the phone or in person, be able to resolve conflict effectively, be numerate and have an aptitude to use an inventory system.

Requirements

About the Job:

  • Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone. Able to resolve conflict effectively
  • Organising the day-to-day order fulfillment activities, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained with all customer touch points including phone calls, emails, text and occasionally in person
  • Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Managing stock to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock is allocated efficiently
  • A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
  • Experience in NetSuite is highly advantageous
