PBSCO is looking for an organized and proactive team member to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations—from processing and shipping orders to coordinating with third-party partners and resolving customer inquiries. If you love working with data, enjoy hands-on tasks, and have a knack for keeping things running seamlessly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Order Processing

  • Split and tag orders, cancelling digital orders and manually addressing non-shippable orders
  • Set up shipping and dimensions data utilizing existing presets
  • Input data regarding product warranties
  • Communicate relevant orders to third parties, creating packaging slips for third party fulfillment and tracking updates

Order Fulfillment

  • Communicating with shipping partners via phone and e-mail to resolve customer issues
  • Enter product serial numbers from incoming inventory
  • Assemble and fulfill repair kits and fulfill other HQ-based inventory
  • Send incoming customer orders to third party manufacturing and fulfillment partners
  • Manage ongoing data entry tasks including data for forecasting and backlog

Administrative Support

  • Contact customers whose orders have been flagged as fraudulent, alerting internal team
  • Partner with Controller on tracking and auditing sales tax for customer orders
  • Filing paperwork and shredding documents that have surpassed retention requirements
  • Assist with office upkeep, including basic organization and trash removal

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a similar role with multi-national manufacturing
  • Comfortable reading and manipulating data in spreadsheets
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and stand for 1-2 hours
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill within systems such as Shopify, ShipStation, and MRPEasy
  • High attention to detail, especially in entering long number strings and identifying errors in numeric data
  • Confident in communicating clearly and respectfully with vendors as well as with frustrated or upset individuals
