Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support Government leadership in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment. This position performs duties in accordance with contract requirements, located in Charlottesville, VA.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Support Senior Logistician in all logistics duties,
- Focusing on coordination, inventory, maintenance, transport, warehouse ops, and backup roles.
- Provide admin planning/coordination for logistics/missions; Ensure equipment/technologies for ATI (incl. CBRNE in hazardous environments).
- Develop requirements/docs for govt acquisition; Market research (DoW/civilian for detection/collection).
- Maintain inventories/FACTS/AASC duties; Schedule/execute maintenance/update databases; Purchase equipment/software/expendables.
- Generate shipping loadouts; Facilitate/certify haz/non-haz transport (up to MILAIR)
- Material mgmt/property accountability/stock control/req processing.
- Prepare guidance/reports
- Assist DD200 (liability)/DD250/DD1149
- Receive/inspect/inventory/load/unload/store/issue/deliver/dispose supplies; Coordinate lifecycle maintenance/upgrades
- Maintain warehouse (organization/req/receipt/shipping/storage/accountability/preservation); Assist badging/access
- Courier materials
- Track/route purchase requests
- Assist PM with material lifecycle
- Backup Communications Specialist.
- Involves day trips (travel) and materials handling (govt property only).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Clearance: Interim SECRET required to start; TS/SCI eligibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively in a classified or sensitive environment (as applicable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn Government systems quickly.
Desired Requirements:
- Prior DoD and/or Intelligence Community support experience (as applicable).
- Experience with Government task/action tracking, correspondence routing, and coordination with mission partners.
- Experience with travel coordination and Government administrative systems (as applicable).
