Our Control Center Logistics Coordinator position will support MedSpeed’s on-demand business through the centralized routing of customer orders providing timely, efficient delivery of healthcare items. Logistics Coordinators – Control Center focuses on working with the Logistic Service Representatives (drivers), Market Operations Teams, and customers to ensure each transport meets quality standards.
How you Will Contribute:
•Monitors, plans, and routes customer orders utilizing routing tools and market resources to ensure efficient, priority-based transportation in compliance with corporate guidelines and performance standards.
•Addresses customer inquiries regarding the MedSpeed service process and resolves order-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
•Logs, tracks and appropriately document all issues utilizing appropriate systems of record, in accordance with all policies and procedures.
•Perform skills necessary to create high-quality customer experiences as reflected through acceptable quality monitors and customer feedback
•Collaborates with local market team members and management to foster effective communication and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with Market Operations.
•Identifies and recommends improvements that have significant impact on market operations for long-term improvements
•Maintains current knowledge of MedSpeed policies, procedures and specific client requirements. Serves as a “Resource” for all dispatch personnel regarding questions, dispatch best practices, policies and standard operating procedures
•Completion of any tasks or special projects, as assigned, to meet the changing workload of the Control Center
•Works to promote MedSpeed culture
Skills for Success:
•High School Diploma, Associates Degree
•Minimum of 6 months of experience in the customer service or related environment
•Ability to maintain high level of punctuality and consistent, reliable attendance standards
•Demonstrate appropriate customer-care skills such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness and other skills as identified
•Demonstrated leadership ability.
•Ability to effectively manage time/ multi task
•Collaborative work style, able to work well within & across departments
•Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed. Strong typing and computer skills.
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Flexible Schedule

Compensation Statement
The hourly rate is $20 - $25 and dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
