In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in coordinating day-to-day operations across order management, logistics, and reporting, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate daily order management, including exporting order files, quality checks, and enriching orders with logistics and packaging requirements
- Upload, batch, and process orders in the label generation tool and send batches to third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Create, update, and distribute weekly logistics and operations reports, including customer delay communications
- Support inbound supply chain operations to ensure ingredients arrive in full and on time
- Document and report data or technology issues, supporting timely resolution and process improvement
- Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks, including system and customer database updates
- Support invoice matching, unit economics reporting, and ad-hoc operational analysis
What you’ll bring
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment
- Solid Excel and analytical skills, with experience handling data, reports, and quality control checks
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process excellence
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and support continuous improvement
- Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Working knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order management processes
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality operational support
