The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for supporting material receipt, warehouse operations, shipping, and finished goods packaging. This role also contributes to inventory management activities and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Company procedures.

Responsibilities:

    •    Perform receipt of materials, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with company standards.
    •    Conduct warehouse operations including organization, labeling, and storage of materials.
    •    Manage shipping and finished goods packaging to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
    •    Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy checks.
    •    Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.
    •    Follow Company procedures, maintain product knowledge, and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and logistics best practices, with a strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and FIFO methodology. Experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, along with basic math and clear communication skills, is essential.

The expected salary range for this position is between $18.50-$21.50 per hour. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
