Your Contributions
Shopfloor Mgmt: ensure a tidy workspace by execution of 5S principles
Inbound Logistics: manage the receipt and inspection of incoming goods from suppliers and vendors
Outbound Logistics: coordinate the packaging, labeling and documentation of goods for delivery to customers
Internal Logistics: execute the movement and handling of materials within the organization, such as for production or engineering purposes
Inventory Management: maintain the accuracy and availability of material quantities in the warehouse and consumable goods for the production process
Disposal: oversee the waste and recycling management, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and best practices
Process Optimization: analyze and improve existing processes, identify potential and opportunities for optimization and implement solutions
SAP by Design: ensure that the logistics master datas are maintained and up to date
KPIs: Establish and maintain Logistics KPIs for Inventory and Picking figures
Your Profile
You have completed an apprenticeship as a Logistician EFZ (specialization in distribution or storage) or equivalent qualification
You have at least 3 years of working experience in a small logistics operations and fast-driven environment
You are excited to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
You have a valid driver's license CH-Cat. B and are willing to drive vehicles as needed
You have good communication skills, both in English (B2 or higher) and German, and can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
You are in a capable physical condition to handle lifting and loading tasks
Bonus Points
Experience with ESD precautions
Experience in handling dangerous goods, especially batteries
Experience in Google Workspace
Experience with SAP Business ByDesign
