Position Overview
The Logikal Software Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Logikal software solutions used in aluminum, façade, and window system design. This role ensures seamless integration between design, production, and project management workflows, supporting both technical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Logikal software to meet project and organizational requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to engineers, designers, and production staff on Logikal functionalities.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure accurate data flow between CAD, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot software issues and liaise with software vendors for resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for Logikal usage.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific design protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through software optimization.
📋 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with Logikal software or similar design/production software in the façade, aluminum, or construction industry.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Logikal software (configuration, database management, and integration).
- Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and their integration with design software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, and doors manufacturing processes (preferred).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, production, and project management teams.
