Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 Podiatrist to join a general podiatry service in Wrexham. This is a full-time locum opportunity, ideal for a clinician confident in managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality podiatric care.

The successful candidate will work within a supportive team, providing assessment, treatment, and management of patients with a range of foot and lower limb conditions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver podiatric care to patients with a general Band 6 caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of foot and lower limb conditions.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with service standards.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and national guidelines.
• Contribute to service development and patient education initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be HCPC registered as a Podiatrist.
• Have experience working within an NHS podiatry service.
• Be confident in managing a general caseload independently.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
