Duration: 3 months initially (option to extend)
Hourly Rate: £25-27 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30am – 16:30pm, with flexibility between 08:00am – 17:00pm)

Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking two experienced Band 6 Adult Senior Dietitians to join the dietetic service in Leicester. This locum role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dietetic care within an acute hospital setting, supporting adult patients across a range of clinical areas.

The successful candidates will work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering nutritional assessments and interventions to optimise patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist dietetic care for adult patients in an acute hospital setting.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical governance standards.
• Contribute to service delivery and support departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc/Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in adult dietetics within an acute setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
