🧩 Your Role at Temper

As a Location Success Manager, you are responsible for managing and proactively expanding our client locations... Your role is a combination of relationship management and sales. You drive growth through data-driven advice.

Our clients use our platform to deploy flexible staff, and you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that Temper maintains its preferred position. You are responsible for achieving growth within your portfolio by building strong relationships and providing data-driven advice to ensure optimal use of our platform. You work closely with more senior Account Managers to get the most out of your week and the clients. You are the point of contact for the client locations and spend a lot of time on the phone with clients to help them and foster their growth.

You’ll become part of the Dutch Account Management team with a total of 6 Account Managers and two other Location Success Managers. We are a close team that is open in sharing feedback, challenges and opportunities. Besides, we tend to join each other in client meetings to learn from each other and to make celebrating success even more fun!

A Glimpse into Your Work Week:

Every week starts with a team meeting on Monday. During this meeting, you analyze data from your team and clients, set priorities, and determine actions for the upcoming week and beyond. You share ideas about the best approach and challenge each other to improve. You make your own planning but also coordinate with colleagues to set the right priorities. Although you are responsible for your own clients, you work together as a team to achieve shared goals.

What Will You Do?

● Manage and expand your client portfolio. This means building a personal relationship and being in daily contact with clients by phone.

● Understand the needs of the client, and you know how to spot opportunities. You know how to guide the conversation with the client in the right direction, leading to a successful outcome.

● You are the point of contact for client locations that need advice or support in filling their shifts, using the platform, etc.

● You make decisions and take actions based on data that are in the best interest of the client.

Requirements

● Are at the start of your career.

● Are passionate about everything related to sales & account management.

● Hold a degree from a Hotel Management School, Business Administration, or another relevant education;

● Are not afraid to pick up the phone and preferably spend the whole day on the line;

● Are Creative – always looking for new ways to approach problems and take the company to the next level;

● Have a Hands-on mentality – you love a good challenge and appreciate the lessons that come with it;

● Value a Good team spirit – you strive to work through problems together as a unit and aim to motivate;

● Speak fluent Dutch and have sufficient command of the English language.
