We believe that language is a core part of product experience. Our Language Quality team works at the intersection of localization, customer insights, and generative AI to help shape language systems that reflect local culture while scaling globally. We're looking for a Language Quality Analyst for Bulgarian to join our growing Global Language Quality team. You'll be helping shape how Bulgarian customers experience Trendyol, with a strong focus on linguistic quality evaluation, data-driven analysis, and scalable AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
Conduct systematic localization quality reviews, ensuring linguistic, cultural, and functional accuracy, with a focus on Bulgarian content.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to vendors and internal teams.
Partner with Catalog, SEO, and Option Management to optimize product titles, filters, attributes.
Triage and resolve language-related tickets; escalate systemic issues.
Analyze customer feedback (NPS, UX, usability) to detect language-specific pain points and propose fixes.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking quality KPIs; highlight trends and root causes.
Validate AI/MT-based quality checks, refine prompts, and design automated workflows to scale quality improvements.
Expected Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Bulgarian, English at C1 level. Russian is a plus.
Extensive experience in localization QA, content quality, or linguistic data analysis (preferably in e-commerce).
Strong analytical mindset, able to turn fragmented linguistic feedback into structured data.
Comfortable working with dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally SQL/BigQuery.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (SEO, Product, CX, Engineering).
Familiarity with MT/LLM tools and openness to experimentation.
Additional training or hands-on experience in data science or workflow automation is a plus.
