Wargaming is looking for a Localization Manager to lead our efforts in localizing and enhancing the UX copy pipelines for our flagship mobile vehicle shooter, World of Tanks Blitz. This role will also involve the maintenance of localization tools and contribute to product UX copywriting. We are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our passion for competitive games and shooters, loves playing games, and is eager to make a substantial contribution to our renowned product.

What will you do?
- Manage the localization pipeline for the entire mobile product, including development, operations, and publishing.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders across various departments and offices to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal requestors and external resources to ensure on-schedule, high-quality deliveries.
- Analyze source files to identify potential risks and establish preventive action initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with UX Copywriters to enhance in-game texts and elevate game localization.
- Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement, tool enhancements, and system optimization.
Who are we looking for?
- Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written English (Native or at Native speaker level).
- 2+ years of experience in localization project management or technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience in copywriting and proofreading.
- Familiarity with computer-aided translation platforms or tools such as Lokalise, SmartCat, Gridly, etc.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, and Technical teams is a plus.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Technical background or experience in localization tools integration and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working on projects at various development stages, from pre-production to support.
- Proficiency in a second foreign language, especially German, French, or Spanish, would be a plus.
- Extensive gaming experience, particularly in mobile PvP games and shooters.
The salary range for this position in Vilnius is EUR 2.500 - 4.000 monthly gross.
