CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
We are a diverse, dynamic, global team of content creators, dedicated to communicating the FARFETCH message to our customers. From copy and imagery to size & fit solutions and localisation, the Content Development umbrella manages end-to-end content and asset creation, creating a unique luxury experience, found only on FARFETCH.

THE ROLE
As a Localisation Specialist, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative solutions and advisory services for our localisation needs for the entire FARFETCH group. With your expertise in localisation AI, machine learning, and localisation workflows, you'll help shape the future of localisation at FARFETCH.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will transform and expand our AI localisation practice into a fully-formed capability and service offering for the Localisation Services team, combining design, consulting, delivery, and innovation.
- You will provide expert consulting on AI, content management, translation memory structures, and terminology management.
- You will develop AI and automation solutions for FARFETCH Platform Solutions partners.
- You will work closely with the Localisation Services leadership to develop the localisation strategy, adopting industry-leading practices.
- You will take ownership of our TMS tool, its development, and the relationship with our external providers.
- You will work closely with our internal localisation engineering team to support the internal tool improvements and roadmap deliverables.
- You will be responsible for exploring new localisation technologies and providers to drive business growth
- You will be responsible for developing training materials for language experts in the Localisation Services team
- You will be a localisation ambassador across the business, promoting good linguistic practices and developing positive stakeholder relationships.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years experience in AI solutions delivery/implementation in localisation services.
- You have consulting experience and proven success in stakeholder-facing roles.
- You have advanced knowledge of TMS, CMS, and related technologies..
- You have an understanding of APIs, integration, and solution development.
- You are familiar with the solution life cycle, project management, design, and testing techniques.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
- An additional language is desirable, but not a must.
