Loan Officer - Consumer Direct (Greater Phoenix, AZ area)

CMG Financial is hiring Consumer Direct Loan Officers for our Tempe, AZ Branch. The individual will be responsible for using CMG’s suite of mortgage solutions to provide valuable mortgage solutions to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and sell valuable mortgage solutions to both new and existing clients across the country.
• Maintain strong compliance results across all areas from phone solicitation through application and funding.
• Gather and analyze customer documentation for loan submission in accordance with CMG’s underwriting guidelines and procedures.
• Meet all required minimum performance standards as it pertains to activity, lead conversion, and fundings.
• Work with various corporate departments to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG’s customers for both purchase and refinance transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional phone sales and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in a Direct-to-Consumer mortgage sales model
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain competitive and coachable
• Active Mortgage Loan Officer License via the NMLS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct Reports: None

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

COMPENSATION

Base Compensation Information – This role is currently allocated for candidates within geographic regions that do not currently require base wage disclosure. The compensation range for this position will be provided upon request. (Due to their geographic location, residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City are excluded from this role at this time.)
