Do you have hands-on experience identifying underperforming live pricing models and manually correcting markets to maintain high uptime (95%+ for top-tier events)?
Have you actively traded multiple FPS esports titles (CS2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, or similar) and used game-specific knowledge to inform live pricing decisions?

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Live Trader to trade CS2 matches while also understanding other key shooter titles like Valorant, Rainbow Six, and more.
This is a hands-on and dynamic role where you will trade matches using in-house mathematical models, making real-time adjustments to ensure markets stay balanced and competitive. You will need to quickly identify when the model isn’t performing optimally and adjust the pricing to maintain 100% uptime for general trading activities.
For top-tier events, you’ll be expected to trade with 95%+ uptime, setting the pricing independently, without relying on external reference sources. In addition to managing live trading, you’ll provide critical feedback on model performance, fine-tuning strategies to optimize market efficiency.
Live trade CS2 and other FPS matches using in-house pricing models across all tiers
Monitor the model’s performance, identifying issues and adjusting pricing to ensure competitive and balanced markets
Feedback on models, pricing and industry trends to relevant stakeholders
Mentor junior traders and contribute to trading best practices
Conduct post-match reviews to refine predictive models and future forecasts
Offering insights on FPS titles based on deep knowledge and interest in specific areas
Support continuous improvement in trading processes, tools, and automation
3+ years experience in esports trading, preferably with a strong focus on CS
Deep understanding of FPS esports titles, including game mechanics, tournament formats, teams, meta, and results
Proven track record in live trading and risk management
Strong mathematical understanding of probabilities and expected value
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to make quick, accurate judgments based on live match data
Flexible availability to match global esports schedules
Hands-on experience with trading automation
Familiarity with model validation and statistical testing for pricing models
Experience mentoring junior traders
