The job in brief:
Job Title - Litigation and Legal Product Associate
Working model - full-remote from Spain/Portugal/Poland and hybrid from Switzerland
Team - you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department. reporting to Litigation and Legal Product Counsel
Level - seniority level is of a junior/associate profile with 2–3 years of prior experience
Location - Spain or Portugal or Poland or Switzerland
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
Travel time required - average 15% needed
What your impact will be:
Support the Litigation department, coordinating paralegals and case management activities across different markets, with a particular focus on the UK market.
Coordinate and liaise with external counsel to ensure effective case handling, consistency, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with the Legal Product team in reviewing and advising on the main legal aspects of the company’s travel products and related commercial initiatives.
Support the implementation of internal processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law, and Tourism Law analysis.
Prepare and deliver guidance documents, templates, and training materials for internal teams under the supervision of the Group Legal & Litigation Counsel.
Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable legal processes that support sustainable business growth.
Draft and review a wide range of international contracts, including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, sponsorship, and confidentiality agreements.
Provide legal advice on the regulatory and contractual framework applicable to the offering and sale of online travel products.
