Litigation Associate (Warranty) – Remote (California)
Full-Time | Remote | $150,000 – $165,000
Our Client is seeking an experienced Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its Litigation team in Southern California. This role will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related actions.
Location is flexible; however, all candidates must be licensed in and local to California.
Warranty experience is not required. However, qualified candidates must demonstrate the following:
Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience
Motion practice, depositions, and mediation experience
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule.
Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, training, internal equity, and market factors. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
