You’ll be joining our Liquidity team. Carta and its Liquidity team are market leaders in administering company-driven liquidity events (e.g., tender offers) for private companies, their founders, employees and investors—providing expertise and white glove service from transaction structuring to execution and funds disbursement. Leveraging the integration with Carta’s cap table management software, Carta’s tender offer platform and Liquidity team make the complexities of conducting a tender offer simple.
As an Associate on the Liquidity Services team, you will be responsible for managing the setup and execution of tender offer transactions for Carta customers. In this role, you will work directly with our tender offer customers as they prepare for, conduct and, ultimately, close company-driven, private secondary transactions. The Liquidity Services team works closely with company management teams and their outside law firms, as well as a cross-functional internal team spanning Go-To-Market, Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to support and drive delightful experiences for our tender offer customers.
We are looking for an individual with financial services, securities and/or capital markets industry experience that is results-oriented, self-motivated and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams supporting Carta Liquidity and the tender offer business, as well as provide guidance to, and share process/transactional expertise with, the teams working directly with companies, their representatives and stakeholders.
