We are looking for an Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a deep understanding of the Taiwan market and a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for helping our clients succeed in their talent strategies through our Talent and Learning solutions.
This is a strategic sales role that requires a strong ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations, understand key decision-makers, and help them solve critical business challenges. A deep knowledge of Taiwan’s economic and industry landscape will be essential in identifying opportunities and guiding customers toward the right solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger, acting as a trusted partner in their success, and seeking out growth opportunities across multiple industries. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet or exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interests in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
