Link Building & Outreach Specialist - (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a relentless and creative Link Building Specialist who understands that quality beats quantity. You won't just be "building links": you will be building relationships, crafting compelling stories, and securing placements that drive real organic growth. You will focus on high-impact strategies like digital PR campaigns, competitor analysis, targeted link inserts, and content collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Outreach Campaigns: Execute specific link-building campaigns from ideation to execution (identifying targets, finding contact info, and sending pitches).
• Competitor Analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush to find replicable high-value opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a database of partners, bloggers, and editors for future collaboration.
• Quality Control: Audit incoming links to ensure they meet our strict quality metrics (minimum DR, organic traffic requirements, and relevance).
• Reporting: Track live links and report on campaign performance/ROI on a weekly/monthly basis.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in link building or digital PR.
• Tool Stack: Proficiency with Ahrefs (or SEMrush), link building software (Pitchbox or similar), outreach tools, and PR platforms (Muckrack, HARO).
• Communication: Exceptional written English. You know how to write a subject line that gets opened and a pitch that gets a "Yes."
• Resilience: You are comfortable with rejection and know that follow-ups are where the wins happen.

Bonus Points For:

• Pitchbox experience.
• Existing relationships with webmasters or journalists.
• Experience with "Digital PR" tactics (newsjacking, HARO, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML/WordPress for uploading guest posts.
