This role oversees the progression of initiatives from roadmap through intake and execution, manages project and operational metrics, monitors budgets and capacity, and ensures accurate tracking of projects, resources, time, and financials. The Engagement Lead is responsible for identifying and escalating risks and blockers, refining goal outcomes and reporting, and driving continuous improvement in processes and delivery efficiency. In addition, the role provides strong day-to-day leadership by assisting in the management of plans and schedules, coordinating vendor activities and invoicing, supporting resource planning, and proactively forecasting delivery and staffing needs to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes across the department and broader division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute procedures to ensure information technology solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements
  • Assist in the development of project business cases
  • Define, document, and manage project scope
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues
  • Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate
  • Develop resourcing plans and coordinate project staffing needs
  • Determine project team structure; define roles and responsibilities
  • Provide direction to project teams and coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions
  • Assign work, motivate team members, and ensure deliverables align with project plans
  • Prepare and deliver clear, timely communications to project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committees, and management

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project budgets, schedules, and plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with guidance or supervision in a mid-level role
  • Product experience in one or more lines of business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an information technology or business systems environment

Pay Range:

  •  $76,600.00 - $106,450.00
