Lead Cook
Position Summary:
- Assist chefs, train new staff members, and manage culinary tasks in a high-volume setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Train new cooks and dishwashers.

Ensure freshness and quality of food.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Manage inventory and prep stations.
-
Communicate effectively with chefs and team members.
Qualifications:

Grill Cook
Position Summary:

Specialize in grilling and assist chefs with food preparation in a high-volume atmosphere.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare grill station.

Expertly grill proteins and manage a busy grill station.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.

Communicate with the chef team and assist other cooks.

Junior Sous Chef
Position Summary:

Oversee prep staff, assist in menu development, and manage culinary operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor food preparation and service quality.

Communicate with the chef team regarding product specifications.

Train and support new cooks.

Maintain inventory, production pars, and procedural manuals.

Conduct pre-shift meetings and manage product requisitions.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in restaurants or hotels
