This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care through telehealth platforms. The NP ensures each patient receives an exceptional care experience consistent with the standards and mission of Lindora. What to Expect In this role, you can expect to: - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice. -Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on health optimization, disease prevention, and functional wellness. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and imaging as clinically appropriate. - Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and company protocols. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including physicians, nurses, nutritionists, and wellness specialists to ensure integrated care delivery. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Ensure compliance with telehealth, HIPAA, and all regulatory standards. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of telehealth services. - Provide patient education and counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive health strategies. What You will Bring: Well qualified individuals will posses the following; - Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. - Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in applicable state(s). - Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred. - Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) required. - Current DEA license in good standing. - Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Preventive Health preferred. -Prior telehealth experience is highly desirable. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment. *** Candidates must reside within the Central Time Zone to be eligible for consideration.***
