LIMS Consultant (Japanese Required)

We are looking for a technically skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's professional services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in software development who are passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a key role in implementing configurable Saas software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption. What you will do:

Analyse and document customer requirements and business process.

Translate business requirements to application functional requirements.

Configure LIMS systems to meet the customer needs.

Deliver training courses to customers.

Assist customers with their validation and testing stages appropriate to their industry.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.

Travel to customer sites for implementation and configuration projects.

Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialise through career progression.

What you will need:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).

Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Ability to accommodate overnight travel.

Excellent Japanese communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
