Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Lighting Systems Technician and Designer to oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of advanced LED lighting systems. You will lead technical projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure our solutions meet high standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of advanced LED lighting control systems and fixture layouts.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure efficient, high-quality installations.
• Mentor and develop junior technicians, fostering skill growth and innovation within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex lighting systems and implement effective solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve designs.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in LED lighting design, control systems, and fixture layout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field
• 5+ years in lighting systems, particularly LED and controls
• Experience with CAD software and lighting design tools preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor others.
• Background in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
• On-site availability (position is full-time, on-site)
