We are seeking a Lifestyle Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this thrilling position, you will have a distinct opportunity to bring dreams to life by crafting unforgettable experiences for our members. Whether it involves organizing a tranquil spa getaway, discovering the finest local food markets, scheduling golf lessons, or securing a spot at a sailing school, you will leverage your creativity and knowledge to provide personalized solutions that surpass expectations.

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years in the hospitality industry, demonstrating ability to manage challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Passion for Service: Enthusiastic about engaging with members and guests, committed to creating memorable experiences.
  • Administrative Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and maintaining service standards.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; able to use technology to enhance productivity and communication.

Working Hours

In this role, you'll be following a shift schedule that runs from Sunday to Thursday. Your main working hours will be from 9am to 6pm GMT, but you can expect one late shift (12pm to 9pm GMT) each week. Overall, you'll be putting in a total of 40 hours each week.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

  • This role requires candidates to commute to the office at least 2 days per week. Please note this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions when working remotely
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
