Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135, as this role is 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English (A1 to B1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within travel, tourism, or a related field.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and proficiently multitask.
  • Globally-inclined experience preferred.
  • Prior experience using GDS booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
